6.长城已经升华成为饱含精神象征的重要符号：6.3 映射发展事业与成就固若金城：党的事业：如果把政党比作长城，每一位党员就是这座长城上的一块块城砖。有了城砖的垒砌，城墙就会不断延伸壮大，也就更加牢固。政党带领下的事业，也就如同长城一样，前行在山峰之上。2012年4月27日，第32届全国最佳邮票评选颁奖晚会在四川泸州百子图文化广场举行， 2011-16 《中国共产党成立九十周年》邮票荣获最佳邮票奖，据此将小型张为主图制作评选纪念张一枚，成为该枚小型张的另一种版式。同日，中国邮政发行2012-7《福禄寿喜》邮票，该首日封成为两种邮票的双首日封。

If a political party is likened to the Great Wall, each party member is akin to a brick in this monumental structure. With the continuous stacking of bricks, the wall extends and grows stronger, becoming increasingly solid. The cause led by the political party, much like the Great Wall, advances atop mountains.
On April 27, 2012, the 32nd National Best Stamp Selection Award Ceremony was held at the Baizitu Cultural Square in Luzhou, Sichuan. The 2011-16 stamp commemorating the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China won the Best Stamp Award. To mark this occasion, a commemorative sheet featuring the miniature sheet as its main design was produced, creating an alternative version of this miniature sheet. On the same day, China Post issued the 2012-7 "Blessings, Prosperity, Longevity, and Happiness" stamps. This first-day cover thus became a dual first-day cover for both sets of stamps.
