英国《鸡年个性化邮票》卡迪夫春节邮戳实寄封

英国皇家邮政于 2016 年 11 月 15 日发行 2016 年鸡年个性化邮票版张（Smilers Sheet，目录编号 LS104），以喜庆大红为底，版张内含 20 枚 1st Class 礼花图案永久邮票与 20 枚个性化附票，附票分三部分：中间两列为五行鸡（水、木、火、土、金）对称图案，重复排列合计 10 枚，附票图案表现舞狮表演，卡迪夫的新年庆祝活动主要安排在中央图书馆和红龙中心，中央图书馆舞狮、书法、剪纸、茶艺、太极、汉服体验，持续 10 余年；邮票面值64便士，符合英国国内邮资，盖伦敦唐人街临时邮局1月28日大年初一，鸡年春节临时邮戳，从唐人街寄出，周末是不派件的，5天左右后寄达伦敦金丝雀码头的住址。

On November 15, 2016, Royal Mail issued the 2016 Year of the Rooster Smilers Sheet (catalog number LS104). The sheet features a festive bright red background and contains 20 1st Class Fireworks pattern permanent stamps and 20 personalized vignettes. The vignettes are arranged in three sections: the two central columns consist of five rows of symmetrical Rooster designs (representing Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal), repeated to total 10 vignettes. The remaining vignettes depict lion dance performances.

In Cardiff, the New Year celebrations were mainly held at the Central Library and the Red Dragon Centre. The Central Library hosted lion dances, calligraphy, paper cutting, tea ceremony, tai chi, and Hanfu experience activities, which have continued for more than 10 years.

The stamp has a face value of 64 pence, which covered the domestic postage rate within the UK. The cover was canceled with a temporary postmark from the London Chinatown temporary post office on the first day of the lunar new year, January 28, featuring a Chinese New Year Year of the Rooster temporary cancellation. The cover was sent from Chinatown. As there is no mail delivery on weekends, it arrived at the recipient's address in Canary Wharf, London, approximately five days later.
